Enjoy learning about tavern culture and holiday traditions in Colonial Philadelphia and then get behind the bar to create authentic cocktails and sample a traditional 18th century punch. Learn the ins and outs of giving a proper toast and play a few tavern games. Participants receive a booklet with recipes and toasting information and have the opportunity to buy signed copies of The Fort Mifflin Bartenders’ Guide Book: A View into Colonial Era Spirits and Cocktails.
